Methodology

We read the label before we read the marketing

Each review starts with the product label: the serving size, the listed active ingredients, and the dosage per serving. We compare that information against third-party testing where it is available, and note clearly when it is not.

We then assess whether the product's claims are plausible and supported. Where evidence is limited, we say so rather than filling the gap with promises.

Review criteria

Three standards every review must meet

01

Label verification

We confirm that the ingredients and amounts on the label match what the product lists, and flag any gaps we cannot resolve.

02

Ingredient sourcing

We note where ingredients come from and whether the manufacturer discloses sourcing and testing details that readers can check.

03

Price transparency

We show prices as they are listed at the time of review and make clear when a recommendation is affiliate-linked.
